On top of Celio Hill in Roma, very close to the Colosseum, there was the Temple of Divo Claudio (fourth Roman Emperor).
There is not too much of it left but I had the chance to visit a recovered part of it that lies under the site the original Temple was built upon, just aside to the Basilica of Santi Giovanni and Paolo, built four centuries later, in the V century a.C.
